2026 Warren Hills Youth Baseball Association Registration Process

Early-Bird pricing is now available through December 31, 2025. The $15 discounted fee will automatically be applied to the prices shown below in your cart.

Please note, all service fees are non-refundable.

The sign-up deadline is February 28th. Any sign-up received after this date will incur an additional $50 late fee.

All practices will start as soon as possible in early April, with games starting in late April and continuing into the second week of June.

DIVISIONS:

League Age - Determined by birthdate based on an 8/31/2026 cutoff. E.g. League age 6= Turns 6 on or before 8/31/2026. League age 5= Turns 6 on or after 9/1/2026.

Tee Ball (ages 5-6) - League ages 5 & 6. League age 4 are not eligible for registration. T-ball is for those entering Kindergarten or First Grade in the fall of 2026. Teams will be created by town, if possible.

Rookie League (ages 7-8) - League ages 7 & 8. League age 6 players are eligible, provided your player has completed at least 1 year of T-Ball. League age 5 is not eligible for this level. If you would like to request your league age 6-year- old to play at this level please select Yes to the question “Would you like your child to be evaluated to move up a level” during the registration process (doing this will let us see that you would like your child to move up, however, this division does not require your child to attend evaluation). This is a Coach Pitch/Tee Ball league with some Player Pitch. There are no strikeouts or walks. Teams will be created by town, if possible.

Minor Division (ages 9-10) - This is an all-Player Pitch league. Player evaluations will be held in February/March and teams will be drafted by the coach. There are no 'Town' Minor Division Teams. League age for Minor's is 9 & 10. League age 8 players may be eligible provided your player has completed 1 year in Rookies. If you would like to request your league age 8-year-old to play at this level, please select Yes to the question “Would you like your child to be evaluated to move up a level” during the registration process. This division will require league age 8 players to be evaluated and will be placed in the division deemed appropriate by the evaluators, coaches, and board members. Requests are NOT guaranteed to be approved- I.e. Your player may be placed back in the Rookie division. League age 7 is not eligible.

Major Division (ages 11-12) - All registered players aged 11-12 will be eligible to be drafted on to a Major League Baseball team. Player evaluations will be held in February/March and teams will be drafted by the coach. There are no 'Town' Major Division Teams. League ages for Major's is 11 & 12 . League age 10 players may be eligible provided your player has completed 1 year in Minors. If you would like to request your league age 10-year-old to play at this level, please select Yes to the question “Would you like your child to be evaluated to move up a level” during the registration process. This division will require league age 10 players to be evaluated and will be placed in the division deemed appropriate by the evaluators, coaches, and board members. Requests are NOT guaranteed to be approved- I.e. Your player may be placed back in the Minor division. League age 9 is not eligible.

Intermediate (50/70) (ages 12-13) - For players who want to play on a 50/70 field. Options to play at this level is open to Major and some Junior-aged players. The Intermediate league would take place of your typical Major or Junior season. League age for Intermedia is 12 & 13 . League age 11 players may be eligible provided your player has completed 1 year in Majors. If you would like to request your league age 11-year-old to play at this level, please select Yes to the question “Would you like your child to be evaluated to move up a level” during the registration process. This division will require league age 11 players to be evaluated and will be placed in the division deemed appropriate by the evaluators, coaches, and board members. Requests are NOT guaranteed to be approved- I.e. Your player may be placed back in the Major division. League age 10 is not eligible.

Junior League (ages 13-14) - If you will be eligible for the middle school team, it is suggested that you also play on this Junior Team.

Senior League (ages 15-16) - If you will be eligible for, or playing on the JV baseball team it is suggested that you also play on this Senior Team as the majority of the games will be after the school season ends, and scheduled around the school schedule.

REQUESTS TO MOVE "UP" OR "DOWN":

For younger players who wish to play up a division (e.g., a 6-year-old who would like to play Rookies, an 8-year-old who would like to play Minors etc.), WHYBA requires you to select this option during your registration process. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a player evaluation will be REQUIRED to determine if the player's skills are suitable for the older level. Requests are NOT guaranteed to be approved!
